the application, what constitutes harassment, and what happens when
someone doesn’t follow the rules

YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH US.
Welcome to B- Hit Application (the “Platform”), which is provided by B- Hit.
LLC. (, “we” or “us”) (” You” the User, may be named as the competitor).

You are reading the terms of service (the “Terms”), which govern the
relationship and serve as an agreement between you and us and set forth the
terms and conditions by which you may access and use the Platform and our
related websites, services, applications, products, and content (collectively, the
“Services”). our service including our content is owned by us. Our services may
let you upload, post and share photos and other content that you own. You
retain your ownership of this content but your use of the content must be
limited to non-commercial purposes and cannot be shared on television unless
there is permission from B-HIT for the commercial use. Note that we reserve
the right to use the uploaded content with no constraints.

For purposes of these Terms, “you” and “your” means you as the user of the
Services.
The Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and us. Please take
the time to read them carefully.

YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

may lead to terminating your agreement with us and may result in deactivating
your account on the Application.

registering in the application with the correct Name, Phone number, Email

WHAT IS B-HIT APPLICATION?
● It is a kind of application, a free video-sharing platform as the user may
upload and share the content, Note: the user should carefully review the
terms and conditions of the B-HIT application to ensure that you understand
what you are allowed to do and what you are not allowed to do while
uploading your content or sharing your videos. The platform also presents
monthly competitions for talents, such platform might contain videos, audio
for example Music, and other sounds, in which a user who thinks he got a
talent, can register subscribe and then present his talent, there can be fees
for such registration may be demanded, there is a subscription fee to
participate in the monthly competition of B-HIT and the competition
winner(s) will get the competition announce prize. the winning talent who
scored the highest number of voting by the reactions (likes, Comments,
Shares) interacted with his content will receive a prize may be an amount of
money, and later on will be announced the method of payment.
● On the other hand, every user who is registering on the application will type
his name and other personal information that will be requested while
registering, and then after finishing the demanded information, he is free to
upload his video showing the talent he got in about two minutes as
maximum this after the announcement of a competition for the talents as
announced on the application, the winning talent which gets the highest
number of voting will receive the prize.

WHO CAN USE B-HIT APPLICATION?
When people stand behind their opinions and actions, our community is safer
and more accountable. For this reason, you must:
Provide for your account the same name that you use in everyday life.
Provide accurate information about yourself;
Only create one account (your own) and use it for personal purposes.
● Do not share your password, give access to your B- Hit Application account to
others, or transfer your account to anyone else (without our permission).
● We try to make B-Hit Application broadly more available to everyone,
o But you cannot use B-Hit Application if:
● If you are under 18 years old or otherwise, you must have your parent or legal
guardian’s permission to use such an application.
● You are a convicted sex offender.
● We might disable your account for violations of our Terms, the Community
Standards, or other terms and policies that apply to your use of B- Hit
Application. If we disable your account for a violation of our Terms, the
Community Standards, or other terms and policies, you agree not to create
another account without our permission. Receiving permission to create a new
account is provided at our sole discretion, and does not mean or imply that the
disciplinary action was wrong or without cause.
● You are prohibited from receiving our products, services, or software under
applicable laws.

REGISTRATION ON THE APPLICATION.
● Where you are required to register to use the application it is your responsibility
to provide accurate and complete registration details and to keep such details
up to date. We are entitled to rely on any such registration details that you
provide to us.
● Unless stated otherwise, each registration is for a single user only and not for
multiple users. If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification
code, password, or any other piece of information as part of our security
procedures, you must treat such information as confidential. You must not
disclose it to any third party. You are solely responsible for any loss or damage
you or we may suffer as a result of your failure to do so.
● Your registration with the application must be in your own, real, name, not
under any false or assumed name, and not with any other person’s identity. You
must not pretend to be a different person. You must provide a valid email
address when you register for the application. If you provide an email address
to us then you warrant to us that you are entitled to receive email to verify such
email address. You also acknowledge and agree that we may stop sending
emails to you without prior notification.
● You are responsible for everything done using your registration details. You
must not disclose your login details to any other person. If you think that
another person may have access to, or be using, your registration details, you
must inform us immediately.
● We may suspend, terminate or prevent your account and/or your access to the
application at our sole discretion. Where we suspend, terminate, or prevent
your registration, you must not attempt to re-register or submit any content,
material, or applications without our prior written consent.
● If you know or suspect that anyone other than you know your user
identification code or password then you shall report such incident directly.

WHAT YOU ARE ALLOWED TO DO?
● You may only use the App for non-commercial use and only in
accordance with these Terms. You may retrieve and display content
from the App on a computer or mobile device screen, Additional
terms may also apply to certain features, parts, or content of the App,
and, where they apply, they will be displayed before you access the
relevant features, parts, or content.
● You must only use the App. and anything available from the App for
lawful purposes (complying with all applicable laws and regulations),
in a responsible manner, and not in a way that might damage our
name or reputation or that of any of our affiliates.

WHAT YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO DO?
● You are not allowed to extract the source code of the application, you shall not
translate the application into other languages or make derivative versions,
● You are neither allowed nor attempt to upload any content which contains any
sort of nudity or pornography, in this case, such content shall be erased
immediately and the user will be blocked in addition to this B-Hit shall start its
legal proceedings against such before the competent court.
● You are neither allowed nor attempt to upload any content which contains any
sort of aggression or racism. Such content shall be erased immediately and the
user will be blocked in addition to that, B-Hit shall start its legal proceedings
against such before the competent court.
● You are not allowed to comment with any improper language or in an improper
way, or not related to the content uploaded, such comments shall be deleted
immediately.
● You are not allowed to upload content that might contain violent actions against
a human being whether a person or animal…. etc. that will have a bad effect on
the community such content shall be deleted and you as a user will be liable
solely, B-Hit will start its legal proceedings immediately
● All rights granted to you under these Terms will terminate immediately if you
have not followed your responsibilities as required by them (legally known as a
“breach”).
● Content on our platform may not involve behavior that can lead to the death of
a victim or threats of violence in any form. We also prohibit frightening content,
especially content that promotes or glorifies violence and violent images. If we
discover content involving a risk of violence that may threaten public safety, we
will ban the offending account. When we feel it necessary, we will cooperate
with relevant government authorities.
● The following content is prohibited:
A. Content that may lead to violent acts or content that involves violence of any
other form, including but not limited to:

1. 1. Content involving the intention to commit highly violent acts

1. 1. Content containing incitement to violence

1. 1. Content describing the violent or accidental death of a real person

1. 1. Content describing physical violence

B. Content that is shocking, sadistic, or excessively vivid, making users
uncomfortable, including but not limited to:

1. 1. Content involving dismembered or burned human or animal remains

1. 1. Gory content focusing on open wounds or injuries

1. 1. Content involving the slaughter of real animals

1. 1. Content involving animal cruelty.

● In addition to the above, you are not allowed as a user to comment using
improper language besides you are not allowed to upload a video that might
contain any of the prohibited acts which are mentioned before, such improper
comments or such video content shall be deleted and the user will be blocked
for a period of time or the lifetime.

FEES AND PAYMENT

● B-Hit has payment services that can only be accessed only with a
subscription payment and will not be accessed when such subscription
payment expires,
● The fees for participating in the monthly competition are as quoted on
the Application from time to time.
you are asked to pay registration fees for the competition. Payment for
participation in the competition must be made by online payment. You
should be aware that online payment transactions are subject to
validation checks by your card issuer and we are not responsible if your
card issuer declines to authorize payment for any reason. Please note, it
is possible that your card issuer may charge you an online handling fee or
processing fee. We are not responsible for this.

MEMBERSHIP
To use B-HIT application you must have Internet access and a ready device,
and anyone who meets the requirements set by B-HIT conditions can
subscribe to our service.
The user is required to pay B-HIT paid services such as Competition fees and
provide us with one or more of the Payment Methods using a current, valid,
accepted method of payment, as may be updated from time to time. If you
want to cancel your subscription payment (see “Cancellation” below).
o The subscription fee for the B-HIT service and any other charges you may
incur in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes and possible
transaction fees, will be charged to your Payment Method on the specific
payment date.
o You agree to the pricing terms as we might update them from time to
time, and you authorize us to charge your Payment Method for all such
Subscription Fees as and when they fall due at that time and continuing
thereafter. We will always endeavor to indicate the Subscription Fee in
Egyptian currency.

CANCELLATION
If you want to cancel your B-HIT subscription, then you may cancel it no less
than 3 days before the Date of starting the competition. When you cancel, you
will continue to have access to the competition Service, and if you have any
problem with deleting the account or cancellation of the membership, contact
us at: “support@be-hit.com” We will provide you with further assistance and
guide you through the process.
In case of cancellation of subscription, nothing is stopping you from coming
back though, as you can re-activate the Service on your Access Plan at a later
date when B-HIT declares the date of the upcoming competition.
In case of deleting your account, you will not be able to re-activate your account
or retrieve any of the content or information you have added.

EXTERNAL LINKS
The Application may, from time to time, include links to external sites. We have
included links to these sites to provide you with access to information and
services that you may find useful or interesting. We are not responsible for the
content of these sites or for anything provided by them and do not guarantee
that they will be continuously available. The fact that we include links to such
external sites does not imply any endorsement of our association with their
operators.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
● We respect intellectual property rights and ask you to do the same. As a
condition of your access to and use of the Services, you agree not to use
the Services to infringe on any intellectual property rights related to B-Hit
Application. We reserve the right, with or without notice, at any time and
in our sole discretion to block access to and/or terminate the accounts of
any user who infringes or is alleged to infringe any copyrights or other
intellectual property rights.
● You are not allowed to copy, or amend the application itself, any part of
it, or the Trademarks belonging to B-Hit.
● Our Service including your Content is owned by us. Our Services may let
you upload, post, and store photos and other content that you own. You
retain your ownership of this content but the intellectual property of the
Content must be limited to non-commercial purposes and cannot be
shared on television unless there is permission from B-HIT for the
commercial use. Note that we reserve the right to use the uploaded
content with no constraints.

INDEMNITY
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless B- Hit, its parents, subsidiaries, and
affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and
advisors from any and all claims, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including, but not
limited to, attorneys’ fees and expenses, arising out of a breach by you or any user of
your account of these Terms or arising out of a breach of your obligations,
representation, and warranties under these Terms.

AMENDMENTS TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
● B-Hit is committed to ensuring that the application is as useful and efficient as
possible, for this reason, we reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify
or replace these Terms at any time. We may update the aforementioned terms
and conditions including also the privacy policy from time to time without any
prior notification, you as a user acknowledge & conform to revising and
reviewing those terms and conditions in addition to our privacy policy every 15
days from the date of validity of such amendment, we are not responsible for
your delay or negligence due to non- reviewing for such terms and conditions.

information on our App. You agree that your use of the App is on an ‘as is and
‘as available basis and at your sole risk

ACCESS TO THE APPLICATION
● You shall be aware that there are certain things that B-Hit will not take
responsibility for or may not be held liable such as certain functions of the
application itself will require to be operated by an active internet connection,
such connection might be provided by Wi-Fi network or by using your Mobile
Data network, But be aware that B-Hit is not responsible in case of
Mal-functioning or that the application might not work at the full functioning
condition in that you didn’t connect to a Wi-Fi network or not using your Mobile
Data connection, but in this case bear in mind the terms and conditions related
to Mobile Network provider shall be applicable. You may be charged by your
mobile network provider for the cost of data used while accessing the
application.
● We cannot guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operability of
the Application. There may be times when certain features, parts, or content of
the App, or the entire App, become unavailable (whether on a scheduled or
unscheduled basis) or are modified, suspended, or withdrawn by us, in our sole
discretion, without notice to you. You agree that we will not be liable to you or
to any third party for any unavailability, modification, suspension, or withdrawal
of the App, or any features, parts, or content of the App
● Our Services may only be available through accessing or downloading from a
third-party platform or store, including but not limited to, Facebook and Google
Play (app store). Your use of the Services is also governed by any applicable
agreements you have with the Facebook and App Store Agreement(s). In the
event of a conflict between Facebook or the App Store Agreements from which
you acquire our application and the terms and conditions of our application
with respect to your use of the Services, our terms and conditions of the
application will take priority.

OUR SERVICE STANDARDS
●We warrant that we will exercise reasonable care and skill in performing
our obligations under these Terms. Provided we have done so, we shall not
be liable for errors or omissions, although we do, however, issue credits and
refunds in limited circumstances (see section Our Refunds Policy). In the
event of an error or omission, we will use reasonable endeavors to correct
any errors or omissions as soon as reasonably practicable after we become
aware.
●Except as expressly stated in these Terms, all warranties, conditions, or
other terms, whether express or implied by statute or common law or
otherwise are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. This does not
stop you from exercising your legal rights under general law to the extent
that we cannot lawfully exclude them, or claim any remedies you might be

OUR LIABILITY
● In no event shall we be liable to you for any business losses (and loss of profits
shall always be treated as a type of business loss) and any Further, our liability

your use of the App (including any Purchases) is strictly limited to losses that
were reasonably foreseeable.

the user who is thought to have got a talent or event. Your actual experience
may vary from one to another.

● These Terms are personal to you. You may not transfer or assign any or all
of your rights or obligations under these Terms to any other person
without our consent.
● All notices given by you to us must be given in writing to the address set
out at the end of these Terms. We may give notice to you in the email you
provided us while entering your personal information.
● If we fail to enforce any of our rights, it does not result in a waiver of that
right.
● If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that
provision shall be struck out, and where capable all other provisions shall
remain in force unaffected.
● These Terms may not be varied except with our express written consent.
● These Terms and any document expressly referred to in them constitute
the entire agreement between you and us about the subject matter of
these Terms and, in relation to such subject matter, supersedes and
extinguishes all earlier understandings and agreements between you and
us and all earlier representations by us, including any innocent or

shall be governed by Egyptian law, and you agree that any dispute
between you and us regarding them will only be dealt with by the nearest
courts in Egypt.

TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend Your Account immediately, without prior
notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if
you breach these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use
the Service will cease immediately. If You wish to terminate Your Account,
you may simply discontinue using the Service

DISPUTE RESOLUTION
● In the first instance, we request that you Contact Us if you have a
complaint against us and we shall try to resolve it.
● All disputes arising shall be heard only by a court of competent
jurisdiction in Egypt.

GOVERNING LAW

Application, then it shall be governed and construed by The Laws of Arab
